### **Instructions:**
**1. Preheat the Oven**
Preheat your oven to **375°F (190°C)**. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
**2. Mix the Ingredients**
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands until everything is well incorporated—but don’t overmix, or the meatloaf could become dense.
**3. Stuff with Cheese**
On the prepared baking sheet, shape half the meat mixture into a loaf. Sprinkle the mozzarella down the center, then top with the remaining meat, sealing the cheese inside.
**4. Add the Sauce**
Spoon half of the marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
**5. Bake**
Bake for **45–55 minutes**, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). In the last 10 minutes of baking, add the remaining marinara sauce on top.
**6. Rest & Serve**
Let the meatloaf rest for about 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm—maybe with a side of spaghetti or roasted garlic mashed potatoes!
