Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Potatoes

  • Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced potatoes, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

2️⃣ Add the Chicken

  • Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet.
  • Add the remaining 1 tbsp butter and the chicken pieces.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

3️⃣ Cheesy Goodness

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken and potatoes.
  • Cover the skillet for 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and gooey.

4️⃣ Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm!
