Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Potatoes
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
2️⃣ Add the Chicken
- Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet.
- Add the remaining 1 tbsp butter and the chicken pieces.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
3️⃣ Cheesy Goodness
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover the skillet for 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and gooey.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm!
